After announcing its first-of-its-kind deal back in 2018, GOAT has officially extended its partnership with Los Angeles Lakers' rising star Kyle Kuzma.

Although specific details regarding the extension were not made available, GOAT will continue to provide the 24-year-old forward with more than just sneakers after it was recently announced that the platform will also stock apparel and accessories from contemporary and luxury clothing brands. GOAT will be outfitting Kuzma throughout the year's most highly anticipated events both on and off the court including the NBA All-Star Weekend, Fashion Week, the NBA Playoffs and the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo.

“Kuzma has been an incredible brand ambassador, embodying our core values here at GOAT,” said Eddy Lu, co-founder and CEO of the GOAT Group. “We’ve been with him since the beginning of his career and have seen him grow into the great athlete he is today. Kuzma is a key player and part of a legendary team, and we’re happy to play a role in this major year ahead of him.”

This partnership is expected to work in conjunction with his endorsement deal with Puma after he inked a reported five-year deal back in October. The deal will allow him to wear other luxury labels from the Kering Group such as Balenciaga and Gucci, but don't count on seeing Kuz in competing athletic brands anytime soon.
