After being spotted in various Puma sneakers over the last few days, reports are surfacing that Kyle Kuzma has officially inked a deal with the brand.

The news comes by way of The Athletic's Shams Charania, who reports that Kuzma has signed a five-year deal with Puma, which plans to make the rising Los Angeles Lakers star one of the faces of its company. Kuzma will join other recent Puma Hoops signees including RJ Barrett, Marvin Bagley III, and DeMarcus Cousins.

"The addition of Kyle to our expanding Hoops roster is a huge step for our brand,” Adam Petrick, Global Director of Brand and Marketing, confirms with Sole Collector. “His performance on the court speaks for itself but his personality and style off the court fits perfectly with our team. He is tuned into the culture around the sport and we’re excited to collaborate with him as we move into the upcoming NBA season.”

Around this time last year, Kuzma signed a first-of-its-kind sneaker deal with resale platform GOAT, an arrangement which was intended to let him wear hyped up shoes throughout the season but never seemed to pick up steam, with Kuz instead mostly wearing performance models like the Nike Adapt BB and Kobe AD.

Further terms of Kuzma's deal with Puma were not made available.
