It's that time of the year again. With Supreme's brief hiatus between its Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter seasons nearing an end, teasers of the streetwear brand's upcoming offering are beginning to surface across social media. As always, the new collaborations are what most fans are clamoring for.

One of the most notable leaks thus far has been the latest chapter in Supreme's ongoing relationship with Nike. Rather than putting his own spin on another lesser-discussed silhouette from the sportswear brand's lengthy catalog like the Air Max Tailwind IV or Lunar Gato, James Jebbia appears to be taking it back to the brand's roots with a trio of SB Dunk Lows reportedly hitting shelves in the coming months.

The pairs definitely showcase a throwback look, but it isn't anywhere near 2002's set of elephant print-covered Dunk Lows—two pairs still seen as the ultimate grail to many collectors. Instead, Supreme tweaked the silhouette with a Foamposite-esque toe box, and jewel Swooshes on each side panel reminiscent of Air Force 1s that were prominently released by Nike in the late '90s.

Initial reactions seem to be far from positive following the teaser image making its rounds across social media earlier today. Take a look at some of our favorites below.

Supreme really made a “Mo Money Mo Problems” Dunk. They even wore Jewel AF1s in the video 😂 pic.twitter.com/9TyGi3zTZh
