Converse welcomes to the impending warmer weather with a collegiate-themed collaboration alongside Footpatrol.

Coming together for their second collaboration, Converse and Footpatrol beckon Spring with a vintage reimagining of collegiate sportswear, championing American sports style across the Chuck 70, Jack Purcell, and select apparel lines. There is no doubt in our minds that Converse has earned its place amongst the highflyers of American sports history, with the Chuck 70 receiving iconic status amongst the world of Basketball sneakers.

This level of prestige makes the silhouette, alongside the Jack Purcell, a perfect fit for this collaboration. Each shoe features a multi-panel construction fit with the colouring and fabrication styles that have become synonymous with old school collegiate makeups, with the Chuck 70 featuring a split design that matches loopback fleece and satin. This fixture is a clear nod to Varsity and Coach jackets, with minor details down to the silver eyelets taking cues from these inspirations.

On the other foot is the Jack Purcell, pieced together using an asymmetrical upper of loopback and wool with leather contrasts and playful hits of orange at the toe. The collection is wrapped up with the addition of a split-styled hoodie that perfecting matches the overall aesthetic of both sneakers, creating a laid back look from top to bottom.

The Converse x Footpatrol is set to touch down on April 6th via Converse.
