adidas and Foot Locker are dropping a limited-edition colourway of the all-new TRESC Run to launch a new 'global collective' founded by the Three Stripes.

The TRESC Run – which was launched in Berlin last month – is a sneaker powered by 90s culture, the decade when street fashion came to life. Fueled by the adidas archive, the TRESC RUN re-sparks the vibrant 90s statement culture by combining era specific adidas running legacy with bold graphic flame detailing.

The new release – with very limited pairs dropping – sees the sneaker decked out in a vibrant red colourway, and is launched for those who have the courage, strength and action to stand out, in honour of adidas' new "Asterisk Collective".

The Asterisk Collective – featuring musicians Kid Cudi, Raury and H.E.R., and athletes Patrick Mahomes, Donovan Mitchell and Candace Parker – is a platform empowering creative partners to make a difference in the world through their respective initiatives, positively impacting communities all over the world. Asterisk – the collective’s symbol –serves as an icon that signifies the coming together of sport, creativity and community, as well as the exception to the rule that marks those who stand out and make a difference. The "Asterisck Collective" TRESC Run is a symbol for change.

The adidas Originals TRESC Run will be the first sneaker to drop under the Asterisk Collective and in Europe will be available exclusively at footlocker.eu and Foot Locker stores from December 20th.
