In this week's episode of Talking Shop, star college football running back and now NFL draftee Saquon Barkley explains why he admires Hall of Famer Curtis Martin.
"I was a big Jets fan. Me and my dad used to watch Jets games all the time. Just his style of play, how he was. He was a workhorse," Barkley says. "He's not mentioned with some of the top backs and I feel like he should be."
As the No. 2 overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, Barkley is positioned to make a major mark in the league. And while it may not be with the Jets like his idol Martin, he'll still get to pursue his dreams in his home state of New York with the Giants.
Later, Barkley shares how he was able to come up on a pair of Virgil Abloh x MoMA Air Force 1s. Check out the full video above, and if you missed Barkley's episode of Sneaker Shopping with Joe La Puma, watch it here.
