For the latest episode of Complex's Sneaker Shopping, host Joe La Puma and Shannon Sharpe hit up Flight Club LA to chop it up and cop some sneakers.
The Hall of Fame NFL tight end and current co-host of FS1's Undisputed has proven to be quite the sneakerhead with his various posts on social media. Throughout the episode, Sharpe talks about trading NFL tickets for some of his grails, the Air Jordan 2 being his favorite shoe for sentimental reasons, how his co-host Skip Bayless' shoe game compares to his, and even the first time he met Michael Jordan in an Atlanta elevator.
"Growing up, everyone wanted to be Jordan. Everybody was consumed with Jordan. 'Be Like Mike' with Gatorade, everybody started drinking Gatorade cause of Mike. He's a godly figure," says Sharpe. "I hate to put reverence on somebody like that, but he really doesn't seem real."
