This weekend's sneaker releases include a brand new take on a classic Air Jordan, new colorways from Nike's basketball, running, and lifestyle divisions, multiple collabs from Adidas, a new Holiday release from Jordan Brand, Ronnie Fieg's latest footwear, and even a brand new Yeezy.
Releases kick off Wednesday with the debut of the Air Jordan IX NRG Boot in the classic "Olive" colorway, as well as a clean, all-black pair with a gum bottom. This new model adds winter-ready features like metal eyelets, a waterproof upper, and a more rugged traction pattern.
Thursday, Nike drops off two new Nike basketball models from LeBron James' and Kevin Durant's signature lines, an "Olive" color scheme on the Flyknit Trainer, black and white pairs of the new Vapormax Laceless, and a European-exclusive pair of Air Force 1s for Cristiano Ronaldo. Friday's sole release is the first half of a two pair collaboration between Adidas and Sneakersnstuff on the retro Stockholm silhouette complete with Gore-Tex uppers.
The rest of this weekend's drops will take place this Saturday. Ronnie Fieg is dropping his latest trio of Asics Gel-Lyte IIIs in collaboration with luxury outerwear brand Moncler, European retailer size? is exclusively releasing two new colorways of the Nike Air Zoom Spiridon, and the second Air Jordan XI colorway of Holiday 2017 is dropping to commemorate MJ's 1996 NBA title with the Chicago Bulls.
Adidas closes out the week with three big releases of its own. The latest Consortium Exchange collab between Atlanta's A Ma Maniére and Taipei's Invincible is arriving at both shops, Daniel Arsham is releasing a Boost-equipped version of the classic New York runner, and the latest "Grey" iteration of Kanye West's retro-inspired Powerphase model is also hitting select retailers worldwide.
