Asics Japan delivers a high-quality rendition of the GEL-LYTE III silhouette in a complete indigo dyed upper.
The shoes are built on the concept of "Real Japan", using pinpoint detailing and subtle handmade touches to create a beacon of luxury footwear.
Developed as the second part of the "MADE IN JAPAN" series, the shoe acts as a direct reflection of the brand's commitment to Japanese quality. Each shoe begins development as carefully dyed pieces of leather by highly skilled dyers. The colour achieved is deep and rich, acting as the shoe's standout characteristic.
By hand dying the materials used, subtle colour variations and unevenness are achieved, making each pair unique. The shade and depth of the leather are determined by the number of times dye is applied to the material, making the shoe available in both a dark and light indigo.
Every shoe made is cut, sewn, assembled, and finished in Japan.
The Asics GEL-LYTE III will be available online from December 9th.
