Nike has referenced its Lil' Penny campaign, wherein a miniature puppet version of Penny Hardaway is voiced by Chris Rock, with footwear before. In fact, Lil' Penny even got his own signature model in the Lil' Penny Posite—an accolade that plenty of real life Nike athletes never received.
That puppet has another on the way in this, a Foamposite One style featuring quotes on the upper pulled directly from this old Nike poster. According to the account behind the leaked image above, this shoe will release on Dec. 2 in GS sizes only.
While the Nike Foamposite line has mostly strayed away from these graphic looks as of late, it's continued to use them on small-size exclusives like this colorway and the "Nerf" pair.
