Virgil Abloh's collection with Nike and his clothing brand Off-White has dominated the conversation in sneakers this year, and there are facts to back it all up. In a recent report by High Snobiety, using info from sneaker market place StockX, it shows that Abloh's sneakers are fetching the highest prices for Q3 of 2017 on the secondary market.
According to the info, his Air Jordan 1s are going for an average of $1,985, while the Prestos are raking in $1,236 and the VaporMaxes round it out with a resell price of $1,116. Impressive to say the least.
The only non-Nike sneaker in the top 5 is the Hender Scheme x Adidas NMD, which resells for $1,250, but had a retail price of $1,000.
Needless to say, Virgil is killing it. He'll also be at ComplexCon this year, where the Off-White x Nike Air Force 1s will exclusively release.
