More images have surfaced of an upcoming colorway for the Nike Air Shake Ndestrukt. Originally made popular by Dennis Rodman, this 1990s basketball model is now being done up in a "Cool Grey" look as part of its 2017 retro campaign.
This new color scheme is fairly basic, with grey leather taking care of most of the upper and grey mesh appearing on the medial portion for the shoe's unconventional tongue and Velcro strap. Accents like the Swoosh, laces, and Rodman logo on the heel all use white.
While this shoe has used patent leather before, the inclusion of it in cool grey almost comes off as a possible call back to the popular Air Jordan 11 "Cool Grey" of Rodman's former Chicago Bulls teammate Michael Jordan.
The Nike Air Shake Ndestrukt "Cool Grey" has not received an official release date yet, but will retail for $140.
