His father's outlandish claims have made Lonzo Ball one of the biggest pre-debut stars in NBA history, but they've also added added a target to his back.
Now an elder statesman of the NBA, LeBron James hasn't shied away from having some fun with the rookie point guard, previously mocking his unorthodox shooting form during pregame warmups last season.

That playful shot at Lonzo followed a not-so-playful warning issued by James to LaVar after he brought up his children to make a point in an interview. Everything appears to be copacetic now, and James is back to having laughs at the younger Ball's expense
After Ball played his best game of the preseason in a pair of Nike Kobe A.D. sneakers, James took to Instagram to share a subtle reaction.
James has a lifetime contract with Nike, who reportedly turned down a co-branding opportunity with Big Baller Brand earlier this year. Nike has signed six of the top eight NBA draft picks in this year's class.
