Converse continues to dig into the archives and offer up revamped silhouettes featuring more contemporary technology. The latest? The new Auckland Modern.
The Converse Auckland Modern is a revamp of the brand’s Auckland Racer, which was considered a go-to running shoe in the 1970s and 1980s. The new lightweight sneaker stays true to the original but offers up some new technology like a breathable mesh upper and Nike Hyperfuse construction.
The kicks debut in five colourways today: black and soar; black and white; black and lucid green; black and action red; and black and dark grey.
The extremely limited Converse Auckland Modern will be available exclusively at Foot Locker (247 Yonge Street) in Toronto starting Thursday, July 21, 2016 for $130 CAD.
