Yep, Nike's giving a comedian his own shoe. Kevin Hart, the mini entertainer that seems to be everywhere these days, has teamed up with the world's biggest sportswear brand for the Nike Free Train Instinct Hart, a mid-cut trainer decorated with words of inspiration.
The uppers of the sneakers feature motivational phrases in reflective ink that activate as the light shifts, highlighting encouragements for the wearer. Hart hopes these words will help push people during their workouts.
“Nike sent me the canvas of one of their upcoming training shoes, the Nike Free Train Instinct, and wanted me to write what I felt would motivate and inspire people so they could use those words on my own version of the shoe,” he said.
First to release for the Nike Free Train Instinct Hart is the black colorway on June 11. The blue and red colorways, inspired by Hart's children, will release mid-July.
