What's with the uptick in New Balance MT580 collaborations in 2016? This year marks the 20th anniversary of the trail-turned-lifestyle sneaker, so New Balance is commemorating two decades in the game with a run of special editions.
Up next is this duo created in conjunction with uber-cool French sneaker store Colette. The spot's signature blue hits on the more traditional New Balance MRT580 and the updated MRT580 Deconstructed. The colorways across the uppers of these two shoes are pretty much reversed, the blue and the grey swapping spots.
These two Colette x New Balance MRT580 styles will release at Colette in Paris on June 25. There's no word yet on a possible global release for the project.
