On adidas' corporate blog, the sportswear brand has released details about an upcoming store in New York City that's set to be, "the world’s largest adidas retail arena."
Adidas' Tina Nicolai writes that the store will be located on 5th Ave. in NYC and will "have something for everyone holding a torch for the 3-Stripes."
The brand's retail footprint in NYC currently includes its sports performance store on Houston St. and the nearby Originals store in SoHo. Beyond retail locations, adidas has two offices in the city and is also planning to open a design studio in Brooklyn.
The good news for readers hoping to break into the sportswear industry is that adidas is currently looking for talent to join the team at the forthcoming Stadium store—more on that here.
Per the adidas blog, the Stadium is set to open in November, 2016.
