We’re just a mere days away from the official release of the Yeezy Boost 750  “Light Grey,” and adidas has released a video that details the process and materials featured on the coveted sneaker. The latest Boost release from Kanye West will feature a translucent rubber gum sole, perforated toe cap, reinforced stretchable Velcro strap, and is rounded out with premium leather and suede lining at the heel.

While the tweet vaguely mentions "it's just made differently," it's difficult to discern if that's just clever copywriting or if the German sportswear giant has revised the manufacturing process for its most hyped sneaker. It's been well documented that previous releases of the model haven't had the best luck with zippers, but adidas has previously stated they've been aware of the issue and have been working on a fix for future releases—and perhaps that fix is finally here.

The video also boasts details of the new outsole, which appears to be the area of the sneaker that has changed the most from the previous versions of the Yeezy Boost 750. The outsole still features the trademark full length internal Boost sole, but is now produced from a slightly transparent rubber gum material. If all of those updates weren't enough, the revamped sole is also reported to glow in the dark.
