Low-top releases have had a strong presence in the Jordan Brand line up as of recent and the trend continues with the Air Jordan IX Low "Snakeskin." With sneakers releasing so frequently, collectors often have to pick and choose what to pick up as they can't get them all. While the "University Red" Nike Air Foamposite was the focal point of this morning's releases, selling out almost instantly, the Air Jordan IX Low that released along side it is still available.

A combination black leather a snakeskin-like gator around the toe and sides make up the upper of the sneakers, while a white outsole and red accents on the Jumpman logo, inner sock liner, and 23 stitching make up the rest of the sneaker. Despite being a low-top, which was first introduced to the silhouette in 2002, the colorway gives a Chicago Bulls-era feeling and look to it.

The Air Jordan IX Low "Snakeskin" is available in a full size run for $170 on SNKRS.
