Here we bring you the first episode of Sole Connection, a new show dedicated to frontline coverage of sneaker culture in the UK and beyond. Sole Connection is hosted by Capital XTRA DJ and self-professed sneakerhead, Manny Norte, and all-round kicks guru Magdi Fernandes. This first episode is dedicated to Air Max Day, and comes from Niketown where Manny and Magdi discuss the Air Max legacy with NikeLab product specialist, Ronan, and sneaker collector Stevie Ryder. The guys are given a tour around Niketown's Air Max installation, analyse the new HTM releases, and engage in some friendly banter regarding phonics and pronunciation.
