Nike Introduces an Interactive Display that Designs an Air Max Based on Your Outfit

Nike's new interactive display designs your perfect Air Max.

As Air Max Day approaches, Nike has revealed a new interactive display that designs an Air Max based on one's outfit.

The display was introduced inside Niketown London and falls in line with Nike's recent "This Is My Air Max" campaign. Video of the experience was shared on Instagram by kingoftrainers and the process begins with the individual standing in front of a video display that is connected to a camera which performs a full body scan. Using the colors of your attire, the display goes to work and then produces an Air Max tailored to hook back perfectly to your fit and prints out a postcard with a link where the user can purchase the shoes directly. No word on whether or not these displays will pop-up at other Nike locations, but if they do, sneakerheads will undoubtedly give it a whirl. Hopefully someone in a full clown suit or an insanely mulitcolored outfit checks it out because it'd be pretty interesting to see what the display would churn out.
