Inclement weather is a daily occurrence in our lives and while most folks might opt for boots or snow/rain appropriate footwear, ASICS will have many sneakerheads looking to their latest GEL-Lyte Vs to handle the worst nature has to offer.

ASICS' is calling its latest GL-V the "Ice" and has made use of GORE-TEX to provide folks with a water-repellent option and added a coating of Urethan to the upper to make sure your feet stay dry on the rainiest of days. Speaking of the shoe's upper, ASICS uses a combination of black mesh and charcoal premium pigskin nubuck with red and blue accents for a sleek offering that should make a nice addition to one's sneaker rotation.

This isn't the first time ASICS has used GORE-TEX on its GEL-Lyte V. In 2014, ASICS dropped a two-shoe pack featuring the popular material which featured much brighter colors than this latest release.

Fans looking to pick up the "Ice" can do so exclusively at Concepts right now.
