Since its release, the adidas NMD has been a runaway success with pretty much every colorway released thus far selling out quick fast.
Riding the wave of the NMD's popularity, adidas is set to release a mid-top version which its calling the City Sock PK. First previewed by High Snobiety, the City Sock PK strips away adidas' three stripe branding and opts for a clean Primeknit upper whose blank canvas is interrupted by a serial number printed on its medial side. On the pull tab, adidas' trademarked slogan, "the brand with the three stripes," is featured both in English and German, "Die Weltmarke Mit Den 3 Streifen." This latest news comes on the heels of the NMD Chukka that we first previewed last week.
No official information has been announced so stay tuned for further details.
If you prefer the original NMD runner, then you'll want to keep an eye out next month as a plethora of new colorways will be releasing.
