Last Fall/Winter, Supreme skipped its usual Nike collaboration in favor of the Air Jordan V, but it looks like next season could be a return to form for the NYC streetwear brand.

Previewed for the first time today are images of a Supreme x Nike Air Max 98 collaboration. It's pictured in two colorways — grey with fuax snakeskin detailing and black with patent leather, each of which feature a heavy dose of 3M piping and details. Supreme branding appears at the heel tab, toe, and insole, while the brand's "World Famous" slogan is embroidered at the heel.

The Air Max 98 saw its first-ever retro at the top of 2014 and although it doesn't have quite the same fanfare as other Air Max models, this collab could be just what it needs to catch on with today's sneakerheads.

What's more is we're hearing that this is only the beginning, as there's a total of four colorways lined up for this collab. Stay tuned for the official release details as we approach the beginning of Supreme's Spring/Summer 2016 season.
