Kobe Bryant's 11th signature model with Nike is ready to make its retail debut.

After Bryant wore his XIs for the first time on court last week against the Boston Celtics, the first colorway of the Nike Kobe XI, has officially been coined the "Achilles Heel," is set to drop this weekend. The shoe relates the story of the Greek hero Achilles and that of Kobe Bryant's own career. Dressed in an official colorway of "University Red/Black/Bright Crimson/Metallic Gold," the shoe highlights both Bryant's injury and Achilles himself with imagery on the back heels. On the left foot, four embroidered red stripes represent the four feet of thread used during Bryant's 2013 surgery while the right foot depicts a character graphic honoring the Greek hero.

The shoe is slated to officially release on Saturday, January 9 with availability at select Nike retailers and Nike Store. Retail is set at $200.
