It's been a rough week for New York Giants receiver Odell Beckham Jr., and now it looks like he may be taking another hit in the L column. His father took to Instagram to show off one of the Christmas presents he got from his son, but something is a bit off on them. It's a pair of "OVO" Air Jordan VIs, that was confirmed fake by Jordan Brand last year.
The first thought that comes to mind is that there is no way that someone who makes NFL money would buy fakes, but it wouldn't be the first time a celebrity got caught slipping. Others may argue that this could be an early pair from Drake, who's been known to ship his friends kicks, but it seems unlikely that Beckham would have a pair before anyone in Drake's camp does. Lastly, there is a chance that these could be customs, but they do look pretty identical to the fake ones that were spotted last year. All signs are pointing towards these being fake, which means Beckham's week just got a little bit worst. Maybe Drake will send him over a real pair of Xs or VIIIs soon.
