Back in September, Nike used Periscope to unveil the LeBron 13, and today we're learning that it's got something similar planned for Kobe Bryant's latest sneaker.
Nike Basketball took to Twitter to announce that the Kobe XI will be officially unveiled on Monday, December 14. The event will be live streamed via the Periscope app and if the LeBron unveiling was any indication, we wouldn't be surprised if the Black Mamba himself is in attendance.
It looks like the rumors we heard last month about the Kobe XI's release being pushed up to follow the Nike Kyrie 2 will prove to be true. Meanwhile, we've already seen a few purported Kobe XI leaks, but nothing's official until the Swoosh says so.
