Giving the Air Jordan 1 "Nouveau" a high version immediately helps this model's stock rise a bit, but adding three fresh new colorways might make people actually pay attention. That's what Jordan Brand is prepared to do in 2016 for this mostly under-appreciated take on the Air Jordan 1.
These three sneakers keep the colorways fairly simple, and compliment them with leather uppers, seamless toe boxes, and clear Nike Swooshes. Additionally, all three of these utilize some of the traditional Nouveau details, including Solarsoft sockliners and branded leather tongue tags. Non-O.G. Air Jordan 1s tend to be met with little fanfare from the sneaker community, but these are looking like they could potentially catch on.
Nikeblog reports that these will start to release around May 2016.
