With the NBA season set to begin in a little over a week, details have emerged regarding the release of the sneakers that Kobe Bryant will be rocking during the Lakers' season opener.
Appropriately dubbed "Opening Night," the latest Nike Kobe X Elite Lows features a Lakers-inspired colorway, which will presumably be on Bryant's feet when he takes the court against the Minnesota Timberwolves on October 28 to kick-off his 20th season in the NBA while becoming the first player to ever play with one franchise for 20 years.
Featuring an official colorway of "Court Purple/White-Vivid Purple-Cave Purple-Hyper Orange," Bryant and Lakers fans will be able to cop these beginning Saturday,October 24, at select Nike retailers including Social Status. Retail price is set at $200.
