Remember the HTM "USA" Flyknit Racers? Of course you do. Released in 2012 to coincide with the USA's appearance in the Olympics, to call them "rare" would be a understatement. They were amongst the very first Flyknits to ever hit shelves, and the extremely limited NRG release disappeared just as quickly as it came. If you struck out — and let's keep it 100, almost all of us did — there's a new Flyknit Racer on the way that will certainly pique your interest.

At first glance, this new release is nearly identical to the "USA" version. However, a closer inspection reveals a few differences, most notably the pattern of the Flyknit upper and the lack of contrasting red Flywire cables on the medial side. There's also no "USA" script on the tongue, but overall, these are so close to the HTM NRG release that they could pass as a retro release.

Unfortunately, info regarding the new Racers, including their official colorway and release date, is scarce, but we can confirm that the style number is 526628-402. Scroll down to compare them with the "USA" version and be sure to visit TIERZER0 for a list of Flyknit Racer stockists worldwide.
