Jordan Brand is known for incorporating a wide array of materials on its sneakers, so it's no surprise to see snakeskin make an appearance on a pair. What does come as a surprise is the silhouette using the material. Commonly seen on the Air Jordan XI, snakeskin is now on the Air Jordan IV.
Previewed on Instagram by realchickenwop, the Air Jordan IV features an upper almost entirely made of snakeskin. Unlike the Jordan XI lows, which use different colors of snakeskin, the Jordan IV uses a neutral color, much like the Nike Air Python PRM. With leather laces and an off-white midsole and outsole the Air Jordan IV "Snakeskin" gives a high-end luxury feel that the sportswear brand has been targeting recently.
While there's no official release information, these samples look pretty promising. Stay posted for more information.
