Tom Yoo, the artist behind several popular sneakers created from Lego, is back and this time focuses his attention on the Air Jordan IX Retro.
For the Lego IXs, Yoo used a total of 562 pieces each to create both the "Olive" and "White/Black" colorways. This isn't the first time Yoo has tackled a pair of Air Jordans as his past work includes the Air Jordan IV and the Air Jordan VI. Anyone who has ever dabbled with Legos knows the difficulty, even with instructions, of creating anything worthwhile. While these IXs currently aren't available for purchase, Yoo does take commission orders. To contact him, you can visit his Instagram or his website with your inquiry.
