With the NFL regular season fast approaching, fledgling Minnesota Vikings safety Antone Exum was recently profiled by 1500 ESPN. The article covers the Richmond, Va. native's progress since being drafted by Minnesota in the sixth round of the 2014 NFL Draft, but it also gave us an idea of just how big of a sneakerhead Exum is.

Exum owns around 200 pairs of kicks, which he's split up between his home in Eden Prarie, Minn. and his parent's place back in Richmond. While that might sound like an already hefty collection, Exum says he's still adding to it, and recently picked up a pair of "White/College Blue" Air Jordan XVIIs, which he calls his favorite pair, from eBay.

It's no secret that many athletes and celebrities have access to all the free sneakers they could desire, so it's refreshing to learn that an NFL pro is still just like us, spending hours stalking auctions before finally coming up on that elusive grail. Exum just gained some serious points in our book.
