Since 2003, sneaker customizer SBTG has matured his craft from a personal hobby into a career that has seen projects commissioned by the likes of Nike, New Balance, and DC Shoes. Now, after over a decade in the game, this new video proves that SBTG hasn't lost his touch.

Hypebeast went behind the scenes to watch SBTG, whose real name is Mark Ong, get busy on custom Nike Air Force 1s and Air Huaraches. The result is nothing short of fascinating, and you may be surprised by just how much work and dedication goes into the projects.

Like many of SBTG's creations, these two "AWOL Camo" creations feature heavy doses of camouflage prints. If you've ever wondered how custom sneakers are made, this clip will take you through the entire process from start to finish.

But that's not the only special project in the works from Ong. The veteran artist recently connected with Dubai's amongst few boutique for a special Nike Air Max 1 creation. Dubbed the "Alpha Foxtrot" (military phonetic code for "amongst few"), only 10 pairs of these camouflage AM1s have been produced. Priced at $600, these are available only by e-mailing amongst few for a secret link. Access is now open via this link.
