Nike Just Retroed the "Neon" Air Max 95 Out of Nowhere

The Nike Air Max 95 "Neon" is returning in its original form.

When it comes to landmark Nike Air Max colorways, there are usually three or four styles that stand out among the rest: the White/Red (or White/Blue depending on your preference) Air Max 1, the "Infrared" Air Max 90, and, of course, the "Neon" Air Max 95.

After a slight tease earlier this year with the Velcro-equipped "Patch" release, the "Neon" 95s are finally back in their true form. From the gradient shades of grey to the bright fluorescent hits, these are about as accurate as any purist could want.

There is one small caveat, though, and that's that these are technically a women's release. For small footers, that won't present much of a problem, as these have been produced in sizes up to a women's U.S. 12, but it's worth noting before you get too excited. Hopefully, a men's release isn't too far off. These are available now from Germany's 43einhalb.

UPDATE (6/29 6:21 p.m.):

According to Sneaker News, a men's version will be releasing along with a women's pair on July 25.
