These days, sneaker collaborations are a dime a dozen, with countless stores, brands, and influencers getting to add personal touches to classic silhouettes. At this point, it seems like just about everyone has had a crack at designing their own collab, aside from the people who really matter—sneakerheads.
That could all change soon, as Extra Butter has just announced that it's looking for your input its latest Saucony release. The "For the People" project is inspired by the age-old tradition of democratic voting and will crowd source its design as the rollout progresses during the coming weeks. Through Instagram, Extra Butter will share a new design element each week, allowing followers to vote on their favorites with the end result being the first collaboration of its kind.
That's all the info the boutique has made available thus far, but it already sounds like this is going to be something memorable.
