Through the years, the Air Jordan VI has had a deeper connection to the NFL than any other Jordan silhouette, and now it looks like those ties could be growing even stronger.

Thanks to Instagram users @shoulee81 and @soleudecide, we're getting a first look at what is purported to be a "Seattle Seahawks" Air Jordan VI Low. Utilizing the color blocking of the "Carmine" Jordan VIs, these feature a navy blue nubuck base that is supported by white leather overlays. Electric green hits appear on the midsole splatter, Air pocket, heel tab, and outsole, which definitely gives these an unmistakable Seahawks vibe. This should come as no surprise, though — Seattle Seahawks All-Pro safety Earl Thomas is a member of Team Jordan and has gotten exclusive sneakers in the past.

In the past, the Air Jordan VI has been re-appropriated for the gridiron with colorful PEs and general release cleats, but this would be the first time a football-inspired colorway hits shelves with its traditional basketball tooling. Check back for more on these soon.
