It's awesome to see that Charles Barkley is still getting signature shoes in 2015, and while the Nike Chuck Posite is a pretty dope design, let's be honest—they can't hold a candle to Sir Charles' '90s silhouettes.
Thankfully, the classic Nike Air Max2 CB94 will be making its return in original form very soon. Decked out in a classic Black/White/Varsity Purple colorway, these were worn by Chuck in the mid '90s while he squared up against the likes of Jordan, Shaq, and Karl Malone.
Inspired by Barkley's unpredictable personality, the CB94 featured elastic bands across the forefoot to represent a straightjacket and a chunky Air Max2 unit underfoot for support during monster dunks. This will mark the sneaker's fourth retro since its debut in 1994.
Although we can't confirm an exact date for these classics, Niketalk user jshortt says they're slotted for August with a retail price of $140.
