Once again, the Internet has fallen victim to Riff Raff's trolling, as a Jordan Brand representative has confirmed that no such collaboration with the rapper is in the works.

We can't say that we couldn't see this coming, as there were a few hints in the initial photos giving away that it was a farce. First off, the $750 price tag is pretty exorbitant for a pair of Jordans that aren't being resold a few years down the line. Secondly, that Riff Raff logo on the heel looked a little to photoshop-y to convince us. Sealing the deal was the statement issued by Jordan that reads as follows:

“At this time there are currently no plans for this shoe or a collaboration with this individual,” Jordan Brand said in a written statement.

So there you have it. If planned on copping a pair this summer you'll have to rethink your plans. But with all the attention that Riff Raff got with his latest stunt, wouldn't Jordan be smart to actually do a collab with him now? Think on it.
