For much of the 2014 NFL season, Hakeem Nicks and his fellow Jordan Brand athletes have been wearing Air Jordan VI cleats. Now with the playoffs in full swing, Jordan Brand has hooked up the Colts wide receiver with an Air Jordan VII PE.
When we first saw the Air Jordan VII cleats surface a few months ago, we knew it was just a matter of time until they hit the NFL gridiron. It'll be interesting to see if fellow Jordan Brand athlete Dez Bryant has his own Air Jordan VII PE for the Cowboys wild card weekend matchup with the Lions later this afternoon. After all, Dez has been bringing some Jumpman heat to the gridiron all season long. But in getting back to Nicks, the former Super Bowl champ's cleats feature a black base with accents of Colts blue throughout.
