The 23rd anniversary of the Air Jordan VII will be honored this year with the return of some O.G. colorways as well as the release of newer styles. Joining the likes of the "French Blue" and "Bordeaux" colorways is a Marvin the Martian-themed VII, which reconnects the Looney Tunes theme back with Jordan Brand.
While it's rumored that the sneaker will be positioned as a nod to Barcelona, which is significant to the VII because of the the 1992 Olympics, the vibrant accent colors used on the tongue, midsole, and outsole certainly remind us of the cartoon villain. No matter how Jordan Brand decides to spin it, the sneaker has already been executed perfectly, so we expect this all-new colorway to be on everyone's radar from here on out.
Watch for a possible release come March 7.
