LeBron James turns 30 today, and it's only right that a very rare colorway of his signature sneaker surfaces.
True to Nike's history, the University of Oregon always gets blessed with crazy PE footwear for its student athletes. For the college's basketball program, it looks like the Ducks squad will get laced with a special version of King James' signature sneaker.
The LeBron 12 "Oregon" PE was previewed recently by James' close friend and Oakland University Assistant Coach Brandon Weems. Equipped with unmistakable Oregon team colors on its Megafuse upper, the hoops shoe joins a laundry list of green/yellow PEs that every sneakerhead wishes they could get their hands on. Could we be seeing these on the hardwood in March? Let's hope so.
