The intense influx of collaborative sneakers this year has meant two things. First: choice. As consumers, we’ve been given an exciting array of choices that came out of forced variety. As more and more sneakers are released, each successive pair has to be designed in such a way that they’re extra special, and be created around unique ideas.
Second, some of them are bound to go on sale.
The beloved streetwear brand Black Scale teamed up with adidas on two pairs of shoes, a ZX7000 and a Forum Hi. Each pair features a camouflage print with elements of the original retro model. The Forum, specifically, played with the confluence of old and new, using leather and canvas all over the shoe for that real retro feeling.
