The healthy water trend continues with perhaps it's craziest twist yet: water that has been purified through 16 layers of volcanic bedrock.

Seriously, Jeju 16 water is created on an island off the coast of South Korea where it is passed through 16 layers of volcanic bedrock before bottling. The result is a water with alkaline levels similar to the body's PH balance. Containing high levels of Magnesium and Calcium, Jeju 16 water provides the body with energy for metabolism. In addition to its metabolism boosting properties, the folks at Jeju 16 recommend using their water to stay hydrated in order to avoid over-indulging this holiday season.

For those of you looking to make the switch to volcanic bedrock filtered water, Jeju 16 water is available at Krogers grocery stores.
