Last month, Ronnie Fieg was asked by GQ how it felt to be the guy "who made ASICS cool," and he responded, "I'm okay with that description, because I worked really hard, and I have such a close relationship with that brand."
He's not wrong, either. Although Fieg may not be the first person to work with ASICS, he's certainly had a huge impact on the revival of its Archive sector. Having already worked with the brand several times this year, Fieg's shop, KITH, and ASICS are back with a two-part collection of the Gel Lyte III and Gel Saga, both decked out in black glove leather and sitting on off-white soles.
The occasion, this time around, isn't just to put out another collab. It's bigger than that. The collection, titled "Grand Opening," will only be available on the new KITH app, which is launching with these products.
You can download the app here, and expect the sneakers to drop tomorrow, November 8.
