When images of the Air Jordan XX9 "Legend Blue" first leaked online, many people thought that the sneakers were part of the Jumpman's Ultimate Gift of Flight Pack. It turns out, however, that the shoes are actually a stand alone release.
Originally slated for a December 1 drop, we can now confirm that the sneakers will indeed drop that day. The "Legend Blue" and white upper is a salute to MJ's Tar Heel days, while feint traces of Jordan's iconic elephant print adorn the midsole. Bold black lines add some contrast to the icy outsole which includes a reengineered FlightPlate.
