Concepts, at this moment, is widely regarded as one of the world's best sneaker boutiques. It's been around since 1996, when it was the lifestyle-oriented section of The Tannery, a premium footwear retailer located in Cambridge, Mass.
The shop has since moved out of The Tannery (it's located right next to it on Brattle Street), and it's looking to expand its geographic reach, too. The rumors have been floating for some time of Concepts opening an NYC location, and now the moment is here. Not too long ago, the shop posted on Instagram a teaser for its NYC store with the date "11.08.14" included.
For those keeping track, that's this Saturday. We're sure more information will be made public in the next couple days, if not sooner.
