Villa's upcoming collaboration blends two signature Reebok sneakers for an epic Allen Iverson tribute. Using Iverson's Question model as the base, Villa adds a basketball pump to the tongue for the Reebok Pump Question "A Day in Philly."
The collaboration is loaded with personal elements connected to The Answer, including burgundy hits that match his old Bentley and a striped lining as a nod to Iverson's notable T.G.I. Friday's outings during his time as a Sixer.
Iverson reflects on Villa's collaboration in the promo video above and even discusses what it means to see the Pump elements incorporated onto his signature sneaker.
"My mom couldn't afford them. I loved them to death. I wanted them so bad, but just couldn't afford them," Iverson told Villa. "I got a pair once I was able to get a pair, but now I got my own. It don't get no better than that."
The Villa x Reebok Pump Question releases next Monday, November 24, through select Villa locations and online at Ruvilla.com. Box price is set at $185.
