Simply speaking, the Los Angeles Lakers are a mess right now. However, the lone bring spot in L.A.'s preseason has been the return of Kobe Bryant.
So far, Mamba has looked great in preseason action, showing signs of regaining his old form. Today, Bryant took another step forward in returning to the player he once was by throwing down a one handed jam in 3-on-3 drills at Lakers practice. Wearing a pair of Nike Kobe 9s, Mamba split two defenders and turned back the clock to the high-flying days of his prime. This has to be a great sign for the Lakers, but then again pretty much anything positive is a great sign for L.A. these days.
