Epaulet has teamed up with menswear community site Styleforum on a collection of autumn-ready sneakers to get your alphet right for fall. Using the Epaulet Tennis model, the two take on the classic silhouette, a familiar one for sneakerheads and menswear bros, and give it a super luxe update.
The Tennis trainers are constructed of genuine Shell Cordovan leather, which, if you're slacking on your hard bottom game, is basically the rump of a horse. The material was sourced from a Japanese tannery, dyed in another tannery located in Italy, and finally put together by hand in Portugal.
The sneakers are available for pre-order with a $100 deposit right now on Epaulet's online store. Full retail price is $295 and only 50 units of each colorway will be made for this particular run. The "Navy" and "Black" colorways still remain in stock.
